Kia ora,
With my roots in the Netherlands, branches reaching across the world. My path has carried me through India, Chili and Argentinia, and now into the wild beauty of Aotearoa, where I live, work, and flourish. Each journey—whether through training, culture, landscapes or inner explorations—has shaped who I am today: a therapist, artist, mother, partner, community member, and peaceful activist who cares deeply for the Earth and her living beings.

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the art of healing. The whole of my adult life has been spent as a therapist, working in many settings with clients from all walks of life. Alongside this, I carry the heart of a visionary artist. Moving to New Zealand gave me the time and space to explore the flow of creativity more fully—through painting and the countless ways art mirrors our inner world. Creativity for me is not separate from therapy; it is another language of the soul.

I am nourished by practices that bring me back to presence— meditation, conscious dance, breathwork, rewilding and dance retreats—each one a reminder that healing and aliveness flow through body, mind, spirit, and earth. Music and movement opens me, silence deepens me, and time in nature grounds me. Living in community has taught me the gifts of connection, humility, and belonging.

I believe in a holistic vision of health, where emotions and the body are inseparably intertwined. I believe in the power of growth, not only for myself but so that I may serve others with greater depth, wisdom, and compassion. My own healing and learning continues to expand me, just as the river shapes the stones it touches.

At the heart of it all is love—for my family, for my community, for the Earth. My work is guided by the knowing that when we nurture and honour our inner lives, we ripple healing outwards. And so, like a flowing river, I keep moving, learning, creating, and offering spaces where others can rediscover their wholeness.
